These are two of my favorites along with disk partition software EASEUS at http://www.partition-tool.com/. I prefer EASEUS to Partition Magic because it works with Vista and Windows 7. EASEUS is what Partition Magic once was, before Symantec bought them. Symantec has not kept up with the times with the once formidable Partition Magic.
